These crabs are sold as whole legs/claws and frozen. If you have never cut Red King Crab Legs please watch this video. Cutting Crabs can be dangerous if you do not know what you are doing with a Chef Knife. If you would like our Chef to thaw and split the crab for you please select from the drop down menu the "Split Crab Please" option. There is an extra fee for this service. We suggest eating the crabs cold with drawn butter, cocktail sauce or a mustard sauce and of course a nice bottle of white wine!
Sourced from plant in Dutch Harbor, Alaska our Crab Broker oversees the production of Red King Crab, from the first delivery till the last. You’ll be amazed of the sweet flavor and succulent texture of crab that is processed properly. Crabs are delivered live, butchered into clusters, graded for clean shell, cooked, chilled, brine frozen and packed. Once the crab is processed and packed, the next set of hands that touches the crab, is the customers. This is why we provide 100% traceability! Clusters are graded for clean shell appearance and range from 25 to 38 ounces.
